  1. In YNAB, create a Personal Access Token (Account Settings β†’ Developer Settings).
  2. In Spendify, open Settings β†’ YNAB and paste your token.
  3. Select your Budget and the destination Account.
  4. Export: Spendify sends transactions to YNAB. You assign categories in YNAB.
Do I need a YNAB account?
Yes, an active YNAB account is required for direct export.
Are categories synced automatically?
No β€” categories are intentionally managed in YNAB so you stay in control.
Can I use CSV instead?
